The smaller property, Tompot Cottage, dates from about 1650 and sits in Chiswell close to Chesil Beach. The cottage can sleep upto six people whilst Tompot House, dating from the mid to late 1700's, is just a short walk from the cottage and can sleep upto seven people.
Both properties are on three stories and have well equipped kitchens, spacious bathrooms and comfortable living rooms and bedrooms.
These two holiday homes each have 3 bedrooms - the cottage has 1 small double and 2 twin rooms whilst the house has a double, a twin and a third bedroom with a double and a single bed. Both are situated in 'Underhill' so Portland harbour, Castletown and the Sailing Academy are just a short drive from either and Pubs, restaurants, take-aways, local shops and bus stops are only a short walk away. Car parking is on street or in nearby car parks.
They are ideally situated for sailing, diving, walking, fishing, climbing, windsurfing, kitesurfing or just relaxing - Take a break on the Dorset coast.
